NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 29, 2014, and entered in 11-007739-CI-33 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK FSB is the Plaintiff and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; SONJA GURLEY; SHEILA SERVIN; UNKNOWN HEIRS AND OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF EMMITT GURLEY A/K/A EMMITT C. GURLEY A/K/A EMMITT COOPER GURLEY; JOYCE SCOTT; JOYCE SCOTT, AS THE NOMINATED PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF EMMITT COOPER GURLEY A/K/A EMMITT C. GURLEY A/K/A EMMITT GURLEY, DECEASED are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 02, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16 AND THE EASTERLY ON HALF (1/2) OF LOT 15, PENNS SUB, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 68, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
