NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 26, 2014, in this cause, Plaintiff will sell the property situated in Pinellas County.
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. N-710, of REGATTA BEACH CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. 13265, Page 850, and any other amendments thereto, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 131, Pages 1 through 17, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Also known as: 880 Mandalay Avenue, #N-710, Clearwater Beach, FL 33767.
The office of KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Pinellas County Circuit Court, shall sell the above-described real property at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash. This foreclosure sale will be conducted at an online sale at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M., on December 11, 2014 pursuant to the judicial order or final judgment recited above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
