NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 24, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-014856-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA NA, is Plaintiff and Igor Bley, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 8th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2, Block 18, PASADENA HEIGHTS, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in plat Book 9, Page 84, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida
Property Address: 5118 14th Ave S, Gulfport, FL 33707
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
