NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 04, 2012, and an order rescheduling sale dated, October 14, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-009452-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., is Plaintiff and Donald A. Lucarelli, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 8th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 803, BUILDING 8, OF NEW ATLANTIS CLUB CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 1 THROUGH 13, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED NOVEMBER 19, 1980, IN OR BOOK 5109, PAGES 390 THROUGH 469, INCLUSIVE, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
Property Address: 12760 Indian Rocks Road, Apt. 803, Largo, Florida 33774
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
