Lot 2, OFFICES AT PONCE DELEON, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 130, Pages 96 and 97 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH Easement for ingress and egress as created and set forth DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, EASEMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS FOR LOTS 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 and TRACT A OF OFFICES AT PONCE DELEON recorded in Official Records Book 15025, Page 1997, et seq. of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
