Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 31, 2014 entered in Civil Case Number 12-009613-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and ROGER EWING, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 6 BLOCK 1 OF SUNSET POINTE TOWNHOMES ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 131 PAGE(S) 37 THROUGH 43 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd day of March, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
