NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2014 and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-011892-XXCICI21, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL OR BANKING CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR SRMOF II 2011-1 TRUST, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS is Plaintiff and TERRI L. KOLEK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TERRI L. KOLEK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT (S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; HUNTINGTON GROUP MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 15 day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, HUNTINGTON TRAILS PHASE 2 TRACT “B”, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 121, PAGE 72 AND 73, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
