a minor.
The guardianship of Jacob Morgan Silbermann, a minor, (the Ward) is pending in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division; File No. 10-8100-GD 003, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756. The names and addresses of the Co-Guardians and the Co-Guardians' attorney are set forth below.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT.
1. The names of the Pennsylvania Co-Guardians are Joseph Silbermann and Laura H. Silbermann and their address is 812 Camp Circle, Phoenixville, Pennsylvania 19460 and the name and address of the attorney for the Pennsylvania Co-Guardians is Frank W. Hayes, Esquire, Hayes & Romero, 31 South High Street, West Chester, Pennsylvania 19382.
2. A Petition for Discharge and Final Report and Accounting have been filed upon the grounds of change of domicile of the Ward.
3. The Florida Co-Guardians will apply for discharge on or after December 19, 2014.
4. Upon entry of the Order of Discharge, the jurisdiction of the Ward will be transferred to Chester County, Pennsylvania.
5. You are required to file with the Clerk of the above Court within the later of thirty (30) days from the date of service of the Petition for Discharge and Final Report and Accounting upon you or the date of first publication of this Notice, any objections to the Petition for Discharge and Final Report and Accounting and to serve a copy thereof on Petitioners' attorney, whose name and address is set forth below, and on all other interested persons including the attorney for the Pennsylvania Co-Guardians. Any objection must be writing and must state with particularity each item to which the objection is directed and the grounds on which the objection is based. The objection is abandoned unless a Notice of Hearing is served on the Co-Guardians, foreign Co-Guardians, and other interested persons within ninety (90) days after the objection is filed.
All objections not so filed will be forever barred.
