Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 10, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 13-008157-CO-42, in the COUNTY COURT in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein ISLAND PLACE AT HARBOURSIDE OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and KIM A. HARWELL, et al., are the Defendants, KEN BURKE, PINELLAS County Clerk of the Court, will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Unit No. 508, Building 5, Phase 2, ISLAND PLACE AT HARBOURSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 93, Pages 37 through 44 inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 6348, page 1199, et seq., Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of January, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
