NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 14, 2014, entered in Case No. 13-000624-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for the benefit of People's Financial Realty Mortgage Securities Trust, Series 2006-1, Mortgage Pass- Through Certificates, Series 2006-1 is the Plaintiff and Daniel Stumpfhauser; Tina M. Stumphauser; State of Florida; City of St. Petersburg; Unknown Tenant/Occupant(s) are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 4th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK P, LEWIS ISLAND SUBDIVISION, SECTION 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 34 AND 35, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
