NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-002324-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein U.S BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOANTRUST 2006-A6 is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST, BY THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF DENNIS MCFARLAND, DECEASED; KIM TOOMEY A/K/A KIM MCFARLAND; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; REGIONS BANK DOING BUSINESS AS AMSOUTH BANK; TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT, NO. 207, INC.; TOWN SHORES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. Ken Burke, The Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 16 day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: ETON HOUSE UNIT NO. 215, TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT NO. 207, INC., A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 63 AND 64, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3675, PAGE 217 ET SEQ., PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTERST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPUTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
