NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 5, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-012530, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A, is the Plaintiff, and, BARRY ROSENSTEIN; MARJORIE ROSESTEIN; SUNTRUST BANK; EAST LAKE WOODLANDS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; EAST LAKE WOODLANDS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; STONEBRIAR IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on December 1, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, STONEBRIAR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 109, PAGES 51 THROUGH 53, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 4768 STONEVIEW CIRCLE, OLDSMAR, FL 34677
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
