NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 17, 2014 entered in Case No. 2009-CA-011519-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Nekeisha Songie and _________ Songie, unknown spouse of Nekeisha Songie, if married; Lake Jean Homeowners' Association, Inc.; John Doe and Jane Doe are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 9th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 71U, VILLA SAN REMO CONDOMINIUM II, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8162, PAGE 1047, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
