NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 13, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-015010-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Richard J. Huber; John P. Collins; Orange County Board of County Commissioners; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; John Tenant; Jane Tenant whose names are fictitious to account for parties in possession; United States of America are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 11th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 22 SOUTH, RANGE 28 EAST, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; RUN THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 27 MINUTES 37 SECONDS EAST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID BLOCK E, A DISTANCE OF 335.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 34 MINUTES 01 SECONDS WEST A DISTANCE OF 640.92 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF MORTON JONES ROAD; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 26 MINUTES 14 SECONDS EAST ALONG SAID SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE DISTANCE OF 125.12 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE NORTH 89 DEGREES 26 MINUTES 14 SECONDS EAST A DISTANCE OF 200.00 FEET; THENCE DEPARTING SAID SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE RUN SOUTH 00 DEGREES 30 MINUTES 42 SECONDS EAST A DISTANCE OF 220.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 26 MINUTES 14 SECONDS WEST A DISTANCE OF 200.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 30 MINUTES 42 SECONDS WEST A DISTANCE OF 220.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
