NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 3, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14000420CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, As Trustee For Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust, Inc. 2006-nc2, Asset Backed Pass Through Certificates Series 2006-nc2, is the Plaintiff and Billy Gonzalez, Carlos Hernandez, Enid Santiago, New Century Mortgage Corporation, Sandra Santos-Gonzalez, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 4 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
