NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 18, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-004966 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and NILKA N. CRUZ, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST A SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, ELEUTERIO CRUZ, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8 day of December, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 15, Block 192, Golden Gate, unit 6, according to the Plat thereof, of record in Plat Book 5, Pages 124 through 134, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
