LISA R. JAQUES and JUAN F. JAQUES, Wife and Husband,
Defendants.
Notice is g1ven that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 13, 2014 in Civil Action No. 11-2014-CA-001929-0001-XX in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, in which ATLANTA POSTAL CREDIT UNION, a Credit Union organized and existing under the laws of Georgia, is the Plaintiff and LISA R. JAQUES and JUAN F. JAQUES, Wife and Husband, are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on December 8, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 9, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT 39, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
