NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 30th day of October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-010346, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and DEBORA L. REECER; CREEKWOOD MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; LAKESIDE AT CREEKWOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 12th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 113, CREEKWOOD, PHASE ONE, SUBPHASE I, UNIT A-3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 126 THROUGH 130, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
