YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following described property:
Unit Week 19 in Condominium Parcel Number 118 of WHITE SANDS OF LONGBOAT CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 986, Pages 3300 thru 3377, and Amendments thereto, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 10, Pages 194 thru 197; Amended in Condominium Book 11, Pages 1 thru 4 and Condominium Book 12, Pages 116 thru 120 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Plaintiff's attorney, Kelly M. Fernandez, Esq., Persson & Cohen, P.A., 6853 Energy Ct., Lakewood Ranch, Florida 34240 on or before thirty (30) days from the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff s attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint.
