NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 4, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41 2014CA000352AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF THE PRIMESTAR-H FUND I TRUST, is the Plaintiff and ALESHA JARVIS; CREEKSIDE AT CREEKWOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; CREEKWOOD MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; SYNOVUS BANK F/K/A SYNOVUS BANK OF TAMPA BAY; WESTBROOK AT CREEKWOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; MARIA L. EDWARDS; ROBERT P. EDWARDS are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.manatee.realforeclose.com. in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00 am on the 4th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
