NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure in REM dated August 11, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 41-2014-CA-000400 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court, R.B. Shore, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 11th day of December, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK A, WOODLAWN LAKES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 137 THROUGH 142, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
