UNIT 12, BUILDING 20, VINTAGE GRAND CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2005281688, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
The action was instituted in the Circuit Court, Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida; Case No. 2014-CA-005641-NC ; and is styled U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR VOLT NPL IX ASSET HOLDING TRUST vs. ANDREW GONZALEZ, LISSETTE GONZALEZ, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS A NOMINEE FOR SERVICE MORTGAGE UNDERWRITERS, INC., VINTAGE GRAND CONDO ASSOCIATION, PALMER RANCH MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., CROCKER'S LAKE COMMUNITY, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Mark W. Hernandez, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 255 S Orange Avenue, Suite 900, Orlando, FL 32801, on or before Dec. 22, 2014, (or 30 days from the first date of publication) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Dec. 22, 2014 or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
The Court has authority in this suit to enter a judgment or decree in the Plaintiff's interest which will be binding upon you.
