NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 28, 2014 in Civil Case No. 58-2012-CA-008761 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is Plaintiff and ESTATE OF M. SCOTT SWEITZER AKA MERVIN SCOTT SWEITZER, BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES AND SETTLERS OF THE ESTATE OF M. SCOTT SWEITZER AKA MERVIN SCOTT SWEITZER, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY- INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, HAMMOCKS HOA, INC, MICHAEL SWEITZER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF M. SCOTT SWEITZER AKA MERVIN SCOTT SWEITZER , UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL SWEITZER N/K/ A LISA SWEITZER, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against M. Scott Sweitzer aka Mervin Scott Sweitzer , whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12th day of December, 2014 at 09:00AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 2685, Hammocks Unit One, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 41, Page 20, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
