UNIT 6-F, JEFFERSON CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1325, PAGE 1840 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 13, PAGE 7, AND 7A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

Walters, Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 225 East Robinson Street, Suite 660, Orlando, FL 32801 on or before 12/22/2014, a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in The Business Observer (Sarasota/Lee/Manatee) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demand in the complaint.
