NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 6, 2014 and entered in Case No. 58-2013-CA-006495 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM E. KING, JR.; JAMIE M. KING; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA; ADMIRALS WALK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 11th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 203, BUILDING 12, ADMIRALS WALK, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2005102528, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
