NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 27 October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-002090 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the holders of the Certificates, First Horizon Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series FHAMS 2005-AA9, by First Horizon Home Loans, a division of First Tennessee Bank National Association, Master Servicer, in its capacity as agent for the Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, is the Plaintiff and First Tennessee Bank National Association successor in interest to First Horizon Home Loan Corporation, Forest Pines Association, Inc., Kathey Burns a/k/a Kathey Eileen Burns, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 3rd of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 813, SECTION 8, FOREST PINES CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1014, PAGE 119, INCLUSIVE, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
