NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of November, 2014, and entered in Case No. 58-2013-CA-006247-NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and JEREMY Q. SULLIVAN; REGIONS BANK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO AMSOUTH BANK; LIZA BETH KAY A/K/A LIZA B. KAY A/K/A LIZA SULLIVAN and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 15th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK Z, SUN HAVEN UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 52, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
