Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2014 entered in Civil Case Number 2013 CA 005238 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER THE INDENTURE RELATING TO IMH ASSET CORP., COLLATERALIZED ASSET-BACKED BONDS, SERIES 2007-A is the Plaintiff, and CONRAD QUESEN, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 23, BLOCK N, PLAT OF AVION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 112, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 12th day of January, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
