Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Order entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Sarasota County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
LOT 11, BLOCK H, HUDSON PARK, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE(S) 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest bidder for cash, on December 19, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. on Sarasota County's Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclosure.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statues.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE
