Lot 26, Block 781, TWELFTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 8, 8A through 8V, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to file your answer, pleadings and written defenses with the Clerk of the said Court and to serve a copy thereof upon the Plaintiff or Plaintiff's attorney, Sean L. Fisher, Esquire of Sirote & Permutt, P.C., 1115 East Gonzalez Street, Pensacola, FL 32503, no later than thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice, which first publication date was on the 21st day of November, 2014, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief sought in the complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation, Business Observer, in Sarasota, Sarasota County, Florida.
