NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 28, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 58-2012-CA-005281 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 12th day of December, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. online at the website: https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
COMMENCING AT THE NE CORNER OF LOT 12, BLOCK 1 (SAID NE CORNER BEING ON THE CENTER LINE OF SWIFT ROAD) OF SARASOTA VENICE COMPANY`S SUBDIVISION, RIVER SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF PARTS OF SECS. 5 AND 8, TWP. 37 S., RGE. 18E, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 48 PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, (ALSO RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 71, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA), THENCE W`LY ALONG THE N BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 12, A DISTANCE OF 303.95 FEET FOR A P.O.B.; THENCE CONTINUING W`LY ALONG THE N BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 12 A DISTANCE OF 75 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE S`LY AND PARALLEL TO THE E BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 12 A DISTANCE OF 130 FT; THENCE E`LY AND PARALLEL TO THE N BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 12 A DISTANCE OF 75 FT. TO A POINT; N`LY AND PARALLEL TO E BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 12 A DISTANCE OF 130 FT. TO THE P.O.B.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
