NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 10 November, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-001423NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which GSAA Home Equity Trust 2006-14, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-14, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee, by PNC Bank, National Association as Servicer with delegated authority under the transaction documents, is the Plaintiff and Oasis on Osprey Condominium Association, Inc., Peter V.W. Finch also known as Peter V.M. Finch, Unknown Party #1 NKA Ashley Dangerfield, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 15th of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
