NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 4, 2014, in the above-styled case in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, I will, on December 22, 2014 at 9:00 a.m., sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at the Sarasota foreclosure website www.sarasota.realforeclose.com the following described real property:
LOT 9, BLOCK 18, GULF VIEW SECTION OF VENICE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 77 AND 77A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
