NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 10, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 006011 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2006-QS6, is Plaintiff, and DENISE M. CORTMAN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Commencing at the SE corner of the SW 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section 25, Township 38 South, Range 18 East, said corner being marked by an iron pipe in the Laurel Road; thence N 0 degrees 06 minutes 50 seconds E, along the Easterly boundary of the said SW 1/4 of SE 1/4 a distance of 33.25 feet to a point on the northerly R/W boundary of the Laurel Road; thence S 89 degrees 31 minutes 20 seconds W, a distance of 25 feet to a concrete monument for a point of beginning; thence continue S 89 degrees 31 minutes 20 seconds W, along northerly R/W of Laurel Road, a distance of 75 feet to a point; thence N 0 degrees 06 minutes 50 seconds E a distance of 149.88 feet to a point in an artificial lake; thence N 89 degrees 31 minutes 20 seconds E, along the edge in said artificial lake and beyond a distance of 75 feet to a concrete monument; thence S 0 degrees 06 minutes 50 seconds W, a distance of 149.98 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
