Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 30th day of January, 2014 and Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed on the 13 day of November, 2014 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-053531 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and MARCELINA K. BACOMO; FERNANCO BACOMO A/K/A FERNANDO BACOMO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BELLA VIDA AT ENTRADA HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of December, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 8010 OF BELLA VIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CLERK'S FILE NO. 2005000056034, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
