Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 22, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 311, OF WATERS EDGE PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE(S) 85-109, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 11116 OYSTER BAY CIR, NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34654; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on December 29, 2014 at 11am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
