Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 29, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
UNIT B, BUILDING 237, AS DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CONDOMINIUM NUMBER 5 OF BEACON LAKES, INC., PHASE E, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 783, PAGES 172-252 AND AMENDMENTS IN O.R. BOOK 808, PAGE 1229, O.R. BOOK 815, PAGE 1325, O.R. BOOK 972, PAGE 1022 AND O.R. BOOK 972, PAGE 1024, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 98-100; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 3841 LANYARD CT #B, NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34652; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on December 22, 2014 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
