NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-001932WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and RODNEY R. ROCKWELL; DONNA J. ROCKWELL; BEACON WOODS EAST RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC.; BEACON WOODS EAST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; BEACON WOODS EAST HOMEOWNERS' ASSN., INC.; SUNTRUST BANK, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 16th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 884, BERKLEY VILLAGE UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 76-77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
