NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 21, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-001907-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF MAY 1, 2006 MORGAN STANLEY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST SERIES 2006-3, is Plaintiff, and Mildred Moore Snidle, et al., are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 16th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 159, Park Lake Estates, Unit Two, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 107, 109, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
Property Address: 4404 Sawgrass Boulevard, New Port Richey, FL 34653
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
