NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 03, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 2014CA002352CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and JAMES A. HARDER; JODEE B. HARDER; HUNTING CREEK MULTI-FAMILY HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com,, at 11:00 AM, on the 5th day of February, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 209, HUNTING CREEK MULTI-FAMILY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 125, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
