, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST NA, AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST. is the Plaintiff, and, MICHAEL D. ORTALIZ; KAREN I ORTALIZ A/K/A KAREN ORTALIZ; SUNTRUST BANK ; PALM LAKE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D., will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on December 4, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
