NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-011033 DIV N in the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE SASCO 2006-BC4 TRUST FUND, Plaintiff, and, TERRANCE BRADFORD, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 29th day of December, 2014, the following described property:
LOT 16 AND THE NORTH FIVE FEET OF LOT 15, IN BLOCK 4, OF TAMPA OVERLOOK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
