NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 19, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 11-CA-014909 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDER OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-J6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-J6, is Plaintiff and TERRI CROWELL; REGIONS BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK; ROBERT W. CROWELL; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 am on December 9, 2014, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 100 FEET OF THE NORTH 300 FEET OF THE WEST 500 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST 114 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS THE WEST 30 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD PURPOSES.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
