NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 4, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-011194, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and RANDY W. MUMM; CHERYL A. MUMM; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 21st day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
