NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 16, 2014, and entered in 09-CA-022828 DIV I of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VICTORIA C. QUEZON; KEYS AT HARBOUR ISLAND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; HARBOUR ISLAND COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATION, INC.; ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF VICTORIA C. QUEZON A/K/A VICTORIA QUEZON, DECEASED; THE SOUTH NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; ELIZABETH BULGER A/K/A ELIZABETH (ROB) BULGER; R.J. QUEZON are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 04, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
PARCEL I: LOT 4, BLOCK 1, KEYS AT HARBOUR ISLAND, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
PARCEL II: A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS IN, TO AND OVER THE USE OF THE COMMON PROPERTIES FOR VEHICULAR TRAFFIC, AS INCORPORATED IN THAT CERTAIN INSTRUMENT RECORDED JULY 26, 1985, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4606, PAGE 1182, AS AMENDED THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
