NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 4, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-010465, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC3 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and HECTOR MARTINEZ A/K/A HECTOR LUIS MARTINEZ; LINDA MARTINEZ A/K/A LINDA MARIE MARTINEZ A/K/A LINDA MARIE HAMMANS; ROMANA VILLEGAS; CLERK OF THE COURT, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; STATE OF FLORIDA; ATLANTIC CREDIT & FINANCE, INC., ASSIGNEE FROM HSBC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants.
