NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2014, and entered in 13-CA-15543 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR C-BASS TRUST 2006-CB9, C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CB9 is the Plaintiff and RENATO AMADO; FRANCIA AMADO; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 04, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 10, GROVE PARK ESTATES UNIT #7, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUOH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
