NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-003828, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, is Plaintiff and RANDELL BELLAMY; CHERYL C. BELLAMY, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 16th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 45 FEET OF LOT 9 AND THE EAST 21 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK 17, DEL RIO ESTATES, UNIT NO. 9, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
