Nguyen, Unknown Tenant(s), Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 17th of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 9834, BUILDING 35 OF LAKE CHASE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14750 PAGE 34, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUTNY FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
