NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 24, 2014 entered in Case No. 09-CA-029604 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and All Other Parties Claiming By, Through, Under or Against the Estate of Cristal R. Crews, Deceased; W. Paul Mickler, Jr. a/k/a W. Paul Mickler a/k/a Wallace P. Mickler, Jr. a/k/a Wallace Paul Mickler, Jr.; State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company; Pediatric Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery Associates, P.A.; State of Florida, Department of Revenue; Donald Crews III; Cambrial Seely; Hillsborough County, Florida; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 9th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 80.00 FEET OF THE EAST 240.00 FEET OF THE NORTH ½ OF THE SOUTH 2/5 OF THE SW ¼ OF THE NW ¼ OF THE SW ¼ AND THE WEST 80.00 FEET OF THE EAST 240.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 36.55 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/3 OF THE SOUTH 3/5 OF THE SW ¼ OF THE NW ¼ OF THE SW ¼ OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
